I swear the Nurburgring 24 Hours has to be one of the hardest races to follow.
Yep it seems they don't want viewers. Can't they put the car class and car maker in lists?

I don't think they could fill up the field of 200 cars with only GT's.
Althow I agree that it looks weird with 22 different classes.

Because it wasn't a GT race in the past. It was more like a club race where you could bring your race car.
A buddy of mine, and myself have checked the possibility to drive a race or two in one of the next few races (as you need two races to get an international license), and the classes are almost sorted like this: "Oh, you car don't fit in any class? Oh well, then we give you a new class!".
Anyway, I do think this is why VLN is so big now. The green hell, a lot of cars, and cars for everybody, all from the most expensive GT cars to old Civics (which is what we've been looking to race. A 1.6l Civic).

What an adventure. We got hit from behind twice which put us in the Pits for 3 hours but we kept going and finished 39th OA and 2 in class.
