Do any of our American cousins know of an ed cosi or his son who competed in a 1984 Reynard FF2000 in Solo events around late 90s or early this decade keen to contact him re history of the car.

Have you tried the SCCA office. A friendly phone call may do the Trick or they may put you in touch with the regional people if you know which part of the US the car was raced in. Is there a Stamp on the Rollbar ? That would also help the SccA people.
Cheers
