Full Version: Cooper Racing Cars jigs

On the way back from the LM story meeting we stopped off in Germany to collect some Cooper 500 parts.
As well as the parts we were given these 2 jigs that came direct from John Cooper, possibly when he raced the streamlined 500 at Avus,
but I think it is more likely they are formula Junior (there is a Cooper formula junior link as well as the 500's)




so does anyone recognise the jigs? and what are they used for?

Could they be connected with the two turrets that support the transverse springs?
The one that is more inclined would be for the front (giving it some caster angle) and the upright one would be for the rear.
