I've been reluctant to ask questions about this.
But because of the discussion ( on anoter Thread ) about a pic of the Pit accident involving Giovanni Amadeo, I thought this might be as good a time as any to bring it up.

Margaret Pritchard fatally crashed in a Morgensen Spl, Torrey Pines 1955.

This is the car that later became Ol' Yeller ( Max Balchowsky )

I own the sistercar to that car.
The Morgensen Spl that was built for Tracy Bird, with a straight6 Mercedes in it.
( it is very incomplete, and battlescarred...)

Over the last couple of years I've been collecting Information, and I'm trying to hunt down as many correct parts as I can to bring it back to live.

In the Speedvision Program about Ol' Yaller2 they showed a pic that was taken right ater the Torrey Pines crash.

I'm not interested in this Photo because of morbid curiousity, but because it is a very definite time and place, and hopefully I could get some detail of that car that would help me in restoring mine.

Does anybody know who owns the Photo?

And if they would be prepaired to sell me a Copy?

I've tried to get in touch with the makers of the program through Speedvision, and I got in touch with the Petersen Museum.
But sofar, I have not been able to find out more about it...
